How to Place an Order:
  1. Place your order via email to [email protected] (or click top right mailbox icon of each page) indicating the product description for each item
  2. You will receive an email (within 24 hrs) with availability and details on the product specification with amount payable (discount deducted if applicable)
  3. Courier cost is Free within South Africa and bank details will be emailed to you for EFT payment
  4. Goods will be couriered as soon as the payment proof is received via email
  5. At the moment only EFT can be accepted, online payment option will be available soon
  • Goods can be viewed through special arrangement with Vivian (Cape Town only) if 5 or more items are ordered

Reliable courier service to your door and tracking your parcel
  • Goods are couriered within 24 hours upon payment through a designated courier company (not through SA post office)
  • The courier company used also service Kalahari and Avon, they are reliable and reputable
  • You will receive a Tracking No. to track your parcel immediately after the goods has been picked up by the courier company
  • If the payment is received during the weekends, goods will only be couriered on Monday
  • Goods are generally received within 2 days in major SA cities once the parcel has been picked up by the courier. However, if the payment is only made on a Thursday afternoon or during weekends, then the goods will only reach you on the following Monday
  • International orders can be arranged


Exchange Policy (Terms & Conditions apply)
  • Goods can be exchanged or refunded within 15 days upon receival provided goods are kept in its original condition, terms & conditions apply
  • To exchange or return clothing and scarves, goods must be kept in its original condition without being worn, washed, stained or soiled
